NYA Volunteer Leadership Training

Are you volunteering with North York Arts (NYA) and Cultura Festival this Summer?

Are you assisting in a leadership role or in a role that you will need to be an ambassador for the organization?

Do you get nervous and overwhelmed when you need to talk to people you don't know?

Would you like to further develop your communications and leadership skills?

If yes, this training is for you! During the training, we will be talking about the specific positions and responsibilities your volunteer position has, we will also be training scripts and simulations for customer service scenarios so that you feel confident and prepared when interacting with attendees and helping guide fellow volunteers.
